Super excited to have my first costar role air this week on FX! I auditioned and booked this role back in May 2021. We shot this scene on 21 May 2021, with ample Covid-19 precautions before and during the shoot. My episode finally aired on 14 September 2021.

Just saw the final cut! And it’s been submitted to Cannes Film Festival so fingers crossed.
Writer/director Hector Abaunza approached me for the leading role in his short thriller “Encrypted”. After reading the script, we met over coffee to flush out the character’s evolution. We shot the film in March in surrounding Los Angeles areas. First scene was in a swimming pool and my first time working with a GoPro underwater camera. (Thank goodness waterproof make-up is truly waterproof!)
We did the beach scenes on the first day of spring. My favorite kind of weather (perfectly overcast but not cold) provided some amazing natural lighting.

I was so thrilled when I booked and worked on this commercial with Oscar winner J.K. Simmons. It’s been airing during the summer Olympics broadcast on NBC. It’s a really cute spot with dancing dogs in a flooded house- aptly named “Hall of Claims: Mer-Mutts”. Check out the 30-second spot on iSpot.tv!
I was thrilled to have a supporting role as a Chinese-speaking restaurant patron in the feature film “Chemical Cut”, which premiered at the 2016 Slamdance Festival. The film will be screened as part of the Slamdance Cinema Club at the ArcLight in Hollywood on Tuesday, May 10 at 8pm. The screening will be accompanied with a live filmmaker Q&A and special guests.
